Our rigorous repair processes meet our demanding Quality, Safety and Environment standards. The network of 12 internal centers and 25 external centers cover all the main countries where our customers need local services.
The certified workshops manage warranties and our customers’ requests through an RMA (Return Material Authorization) management system. To support the customer service, our network relies on our After-Sales department, which regularly disseminates documentation about new products being marketed, updates the existing brochures and supports the network via our product expert hotline (motors, pumps, valves and systems). We also offer Reman replacement programs, express repairs and preventive maintenance programs.
Located in all our subsidiaries, our After-Sales Customer Logistics Agents manage requests for original spare parts, which are distributed from our logistics platforms in the United States, Europe and Asia to ensure the best Customer Satisfaction Rate. Quotes are sent within 24 hours and we can arrange express delivery if required.
